"I don't feel tardy..." Guess the song and win a night with Triassic in his dungeon. Van Halen, "Hot for Teacher" -- Claire "Google is my friend" Conreaux One of my favorite videos from when I was in high school.......and the song also includes some very nice work from Eddie..........

There was music in that video? EVH is one of the best. He was selling custom guitars he's designed and used on tour on eBay some time back. They came with a pic of him on stage playing it. He was selling a ton of them at once. It looked like he would use one for one song, then grab another to create a whole boatload of authentic used guitars. Kind of like the ball player changing uniforms each inning of a game he was setting a record in and then selling them as game day uniforms. Everyone has an angle, it seems.

"turning inward to our own detriment forgetting the message that we were to send we've lost count of victims roll call" That is the lyric that came to my mind as soon as I saw the thread title. If anyone can guess that without cheating they win a prize haha. Weird, I know but I basically think in song lyrics. ;D

Google isn't cheating! It's a valuable research tool. Edited to add: I also get the booby prize for being the loser who checks in the most frequently.

Claire, YOU WIN!!! You'll be spending a looong submissive night in Triassic's dark dungeon...no telling what The Godfatha has planned!! ;0 Erm, Tony? How would you know about Tri having a dungeon...and that he's an 'upper'...? Hot for Teacher, excellent song, and great guitarrist in Eddie Van Halen; one of my idols I try and fail horribly to emulate lol

Well Windy, that would make be a 'bottom'!! lol As for Eddie VH, he was, still is, one fantastic guitarist, even drunk, which he was a lot. And even though Davd Lee Roth wasn't the best singer, he still was my fav...great frontman for those times!!
Annie...I cheated coz that's me. Plus, I kinda live my life through lyrics, but still not sure I have the right band. Boy Sets Fire? I've never heard of them, but they're pretty good, and a very ironic thing about this band. 1st, they're from up around near where I got hurt. 2nd, the guitarist fell in a construction job accident, breaking lots of those precious vertebras, but not paralyzed.

Tony, You are absolutely right. However, you don't get a prize because you cheated! They are one of my favorite bands, although they are no longer toegether. The casting out, which is formed of a few of the original BSF members, including the lead singer is also amazing. Yeah, Josh was the one who fell, but luckily he is alright now. I am a huge music buff, and like I said I basically think in lyrics, so most of my life revolves around some kind of music, even though I couldn't carry a tune in a bag. Haha

ok...there are at present 29 posts and 278 'reads' on this thread. i'm going to assume-very roughly-for arguments sake that each poster so far also accounts for 2, maybe 3 reads as well. that still leaves about 200 extra posts. members or lurkers, no way to tell...but it makes me think that probably a good 150 to 200+ different individuals read these boards every few days. agree? disagree?
