I have lived in my lane now for 27 years, and yesterday was the furthest I’ve been in all that time. I’m still working on reducing the size but I think I’ve reduced it to much. I’ll sort it after I’ve caught a chill and I’m now stuck in bed! Typical British weather! Attachments:

So don’t worry, you are not alone.

Hey now, don't be spreading rumors like that! Not only that, I even dare to repeat: You are a gentleman and a scholar (quote Michael Scott) I want us to be honest with each other, so I have to tell you something. Ugh, this is hard. Okay... here it comes. I had to look up the name Michael Scott. There, I said it.

The funniest thing I have ever seen besides Trevor Noah, Sasha Baron Cohen and „Father Ted“. Any Irish people here?

Not Irish, but a fellow German and a huge "Father Ted" fan. I watched it when I was at university in London for my exchange year, long, long time ago...

I love "Father Ted", just finished watching all the seasons once again while at the gym on the Eliptical. I love a bunch of British comedy as well and yes "The Office" original is awesome. I also love "Keeping Up Appearances", "Fawlty Towers" and "Mrs. Brown's Boys" just to name a few others...
Sorry for hijacking the photo thread but when I saw "Father Ted" I had to chime in, no one knows this show usually if I talk about it

WHAT??? You don’t know „The Office“? You really missed something, buddy! Good for you that I showed up on PD! Now if we're talking The Office surely we must talk about the British original not the American remake But the US version is much better. There is also some kind of German one, but that sucks. The great thing about Michael Scott is that they managed to create a character that is as embarrassing as a person possibly could be, but yet totally lovable. Squaring the circle. But I love Dwight the most. Nothing like US Office to me.

Funny how all the Germans here love Father Ted. I thought it was barely known.

Only those who have been abroad, I would guess. I think the series has never been on German TV, unfortunately - what a shame, as it certainly is a gem.
