As seems to be my pattern, here's my very serious bimonthly post. I swear, I have a sense of humor somewhere.
So ...Tantra. Yes, I know it sounds like way far out, hippy dippy bullshit but it's pretty fantastic. I was introduced to the idea by someone who took the practice very seriously. It's remarkably compatible and rewarding for dis/AB pairings due to the limitations we already deal with (and, in the case of dis/dev, enjoy). As the stereotype goes, Tantric sex takes a while but this doesn't mean both people need to be rock stars in the sack. Clear communication is important (usually pretty natural for disabled dudes), as is eye contact and intent. Basically, it's sex as meditation. There are many variant but in my case, there was a big focus on the male simply accepting pleasure without any anxiety about having to perform typically masculine roles- again, I think this matches well with disability. I don't know very much at all about the more traditional, spiritual side of things but so far it's interesting.

I'm more curious why than what. Why would PWD's be more kinky than AB's? Nurture vs nature? Environment? Something psychological?

I'd say all of the above.

I just recently had a very kinky experience with the dev. We had met on a website, and had been talking for over six months online, as well as texting. Finally we broke the ice and started talking on the phone. She seemed like a really nice guy, really out and open about things, but I kind of like that to! It leaves less for the surprise when meeting for the first time. You just know what to expect. Anyway, his kink was for me to be in a back brace, I think he called it a clamshell, and both of my legs casted up. I've only had one cast in my whole entire life, and it was on my arm. I broke my wrist when I was on my quad runner. This is even before I was diagnosed with MD. I never realize this until he started asking me questions, but I kind of like having a cast. At the same time I really really hated it! Anyway, we met. The first thing that he did was he gave me a big hug, and kissed me. You should have seen the look on my face! :-) It's the first time ever that I was ever kissed by a guy. He asked if he could feel my spine. I have never had any spine problems, so I said he could. After feeling my back, he started to feel my chest and my arms. Then he forced me to sit straight by pushing on my stomach and in between my shoulder blades. In a different voice he said very professional to me that he thought I should have a back brace. He took out this large white plastic brace with Velcro straps and put it on me. I was excited that anybody would even want to touch me, let alone a rather cute gay guy. Next he put on this long sock on my right leg and put on this cotton roll, and then dipped something in hot water and started to put it on me. It was then that I realized that this was the actual cast. He told me that I had cute big feet. LOL after about 30 minutes I was now braced, and both of my legs were encased in cast. One of them was a dark blue color and the other was a black color. This is the first time ever that anything like this has ever happened to me. I'm going to keep this clean, as I am still new here. I also don't kiss and tell! :-) But I will tell you that I did have an excellent time. Although I was still a little scared, because I was green, I now know what to expect. He was a perfect gentleman at all times and never took advantage of me. So that is my experience with the dev with sexual kinks. ...after which I woke up and swore that I would never bullshit people again!

Definitely curious about being thrown around a bit but I'm not sure how it would play out in reality. I'm used to rough personal care and manual transfers so I can se how it might be fun. Many are afraid to indulge in it for fear of hurting me but if the trust is there and it's done properly I'm sure it would be just fine.

Being thrown around in a Dom/Sub way or bring thrown onto a bed in a fit of passion type way?
The idea of being thrown isn't too appealing.

I'm pretty 'tame' compared to many kinksters, but I'm def NOT vanilla- just creative, very oral, mentally dom, not into receiving/inflicting pain. I do feel like every female should have a buzz-toy, or two, nip clamps, dress up outfits n hot fuck-shoes. Lactating nips, dirty panties, analingus, ass worship, girl/girl, phone sex, etc. maybe more...lol

I'm into leg and arm casts and many medical supplies, but that's just part of the hardware side of my devness. I've mentioned many times that I'm a sucker for scars, which isn't uncommon among devs either. There's an aspect to my devness that I haven't fully shared with anyone, but it's very complicated to explain.

NO ball gags. Those things creep me right out! Hmm. I love being suspended, especially upside down. Something about the head rush. Yep.
