Since I'm a giant hipster, I like to know what people are into. So what are you listening to? If you're not listening to anything right this second, are there any albums you've been addicted to lately? Post 'em. The Brian Jonestown Massacre - WisdomThis is, in my opinion, the best song on the best shoegaze album ever made and BJM are the best shoegaze band that have ever existed. There's a really great documentary about BJM and their rivalry with The Dandy Warhols that I highly recommend called Dig! Anton Newcombe, the brains behind BJM, is a tormented genius that has created some incredibly beautiful music. I am into RnB/Hip Hop music! 50 Cent, Akon, T-Pain, Migos etc just to name a few. Never heard of BJM, but I'll give it a listen and expand my listening database!

Who remembers this one?
I had to listen to it very often in the last two weeks since my colleagues and I were doing a mock-up version of it for our boss who will be leaving the company soon. So we did the shooting at a public place and afterwards a colleague and I spent about 12 hours to do the cutting. We had a great time. I'm not sure if we'll go on youtube with that, but when it will be hosted somewhere, I'd love to share our mock-up version as well.

I had a lovely time yesterday pottering around and singing along first to Meatloaf Bat out of hell album then to Fleetwood Mac. Blasts from my past. Great fun!

Excellent choices, @moonchild . I can do every word to every song on Bat Outta Hell II, love love love it. And some of my fondest memories of my dad are zooming around twisty country roads singing along to Fleetwood Mac. Today, I stumbled down the goa and psytrance hole. Now I am wearing 1337 sunglasses in a dark warehouse rave as I whip out my deck to bypass parallel circuit lockout schema and hack the mainframe. Radical. Crikey Myrrh, i had to google all that and still didn't get it! Going to hide in a darkened room for a bit.... 😉

Good on the Dave Matthews. I feel you. I listen to everything, accept for Country and Jaz, and classical. Right now, I'm listen to a lot of indie/low fi stuff. Look up a band called Chastity Belt.

Breezy floaty cute sweet. Yesss. Manu Chao always ends up on my summer playlists, even after I think I've worn his music out.

After a Bank Holiday weekend of having my ears pounded by Stormzy and various DJs (certainly not DJs as I recall) I’ve rather enjoyed getting back to my daily commute to the tunes of Absolute 80s. Today took me back to seeing It Bites supporting Go West; I’d not heard of them then or since and as for Cher’s ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’..............😉
