Okay, so I know this isn’t true for everyone, but many of us have something have visually triggers an attraction to a PWD. So what is it that you find super physically attractive about a particular disability or PWD? For me it’s contractures in the hands/arms all day every day. I’m really into skinny guys as it is, but there’s something so insanely attractive about seeing thin limbs angled in ways that seem impossible. Also, I’m really into the way their veins and tendons are so visible through the skin.

Over the years I have found that many devs here are less into visuals than I am. IDK if its due to the disability preference or what. As an amputee dev I do enjoy seeing stumps. That's not 100% what turns me on about a guy theres so mucch more that goes into it obviously. If you are asking strictly about visuals that's my preference.

I've got a bunch... but I realized I never really listed them in my head and it felt weird doing it. I still feel like I might be reducing a person to a small part of their body. But anyway, visual elements: definitely stumps, and specifically people doing something with them, like an arm amputee using the stumps to manipulate objects etc; prosthetic legs, how they work, the process of putting it on/taking it off; also, blind dudes doing something very tactile, even something stupid like folding clothes or typing, or same dudes navigating/exploring an unfamiliar space; imperfect eyes, with cataract or corneal scarring. There's probably more but this is what came up in my mind first.

Well yes there are definitely visual factors that attract me about a person with a disability. But it is not uniform. Like it is different from person to person and disability to disability.

It's funny, because every other disability I'm attracted to doesn't have a strong visual aspect that gets me going. But amps do. REALLY do. Like a LAK with crutches and his short stump sometimes moving under the shorts... Idk it turns me on immediately, doesn't matter who it is, where or how... It's even embarassing how much it does.

I had to smile a little because just imagine you would be a guy and what happens when a guy instantly gets turned on in any place or at any time...unexpected...I guess the word for the women is lady boner

I can't say I get sexually turned on by watching PWD of my preference. I just like watching them in just regular situations, boring stuff really.
Like my gym crush, I just love watching him wheel through the gym, get on the machines, get back in his chair, slowly push his rims and think about which machine to use next. I get heart racing when in his case I see him pull himself up into a standing position and then get onto a seat of a machine, that's actually super amazing to me but it is not a sexual turn on. It's just touching and moving me at my very dev core.
So I have to stick with just regular old stuff that a paraplegic does in everyday life. Being one and in sync with his chair in everyday life is something I like to see and it puts a smile on my face and my heart.
I have only once been sexually turned on by watching a video clip someone made for me but he was a paraplegic pretender and I really don't know what played into all of that, it was moving me so much that I almost cried and it had something to do with his very twisted mind that was amazing but at the same time terrifying to me.

That's kind of the same for me. I don't feel turned on in the traditional sense, it's not like a light bulb goes on in my brain and I think MUST HAVE SEX NOW. That never happened. It's like you say, a very deep and touching feeling. It's borderline sexual but not completely... does that make sense? As a side note, if I saw a cute pwd at a local gym, that might actually be the day I start caring about my health and exercise...

As a side note, if I saw a cute pwd at a local gym, that might actually be the day I start caring about my health and exercise... This made me laugh. I like to exercise anyway, but I feel like this would be an added incentive. Too bad I go to an all-ladies gym AND basically live in what is essentially the "desert" for where my ideal type would be found, so this will never happen. Whomp! Anyway, back to the topic, there are definitely visual things that get me going if I'm otherwise attracted to the person. I'm primarily a SCI dev, so I dig paralyzed legs, quad hands, etc. I find attractive guys with SCI just going about day-to-day life tasks super devvy to watch or even just visualize in fantasy time or whatnot.

A backview of strong shoulders against a backrest. A man who appears confident while utilizing his chair-also strong and comfortable in his skin !

It's hard for me to pinpoint exactly WHAT it is but when I see it I know it. It's usually the simple things. The roll across the room effortlessly in the chair with the back muscles rippling and veiny forearms as described above. Transfers, etc.. With a blind guy it's the flick of the cane or a certain head tilt in a direction. Or a HDG (hot deaf guy) using sign language.

What people said above - I don't get any kind of immediate sexual buzz from anything, but I definitely get *something* out of watching a wheeler do normal everyday stuff. Watching those arm muscles work...watching a tough transfer, like floor to chair...or getting into the car. This is going to be a weird one, but I like when I'm lying in bed with my current (para) dude and seeing him move his upper body toward me or shifting positions while his legs stay in the same spot, kind of on an angle. Wish I knew why that did things to me Welcome, Skye! Even from a visualizing perspective, I agree.
