We are having sausage cooked with onions and peppers, along with rice and a veggie, like peas or corn. I like to try new recipes and I love cookbooks. But I only cook some of the time. My husband is the main cook.

i have made some real decent wraps today. i started with some minced meat as a base. then added some sliced hot peppers a little bit of corn and 1 onion sliced in little pieces. just throw it in the pan mix it a bit and let it bake for a while. when the meat is almost done add some creme frech and fajita spices for some flavour and to kind of keep it sticking all togheter. mix it all up again and let it bake for like 3 or 4 more minutes. then just scoop it up in some heated wraps sprinkle some grated cheese on it if you like. and voila you got yourself some damn tasty wraps. so hope you give it a try and let me know if it tasted good or not

Oh, food, great!!! I usually do the same range of recipes over and over again, but actually it would be great to try out some new things. I like to cook Asian food a lot ( myrrh, sounds like you are on the same track here). And there is this fantastic Japanese YouTube channel called „Cooking with Dog“ (or kukkingu wisu doggu, as it is authentically pronounced... ;-) It features a wide range of recipes, it’s very simple and easy to understand and it one of the funniest things I‘ve ever come across: the basic idea is that the poodle Francis is running the show. He is seated on a pillow behind the oven watching the cooking process while patiently yet vividly panting on the food. A japanese voice from the off is commenting each step in finest Jenglish - it might be a bit hard to understand in the beginning, but once you get used to it, it’s easy. And to create the perfect atmosphere for sophisticated high class cooking, there is some gentle classical piano music (a Chopin etude if I’m not mistaken) in the background. Unfortunately the dog died a couple of years ago. He was replaced by stuffed one, but I like the old videos with real Francis much better. Check this out, it’s fantastic stuff:

Oooh food and cooking 😁 I love cooking, much prefer to start with raw ingredients than pre-prepared sauces etc. I've quite an intense and stressful job and just find it so relaxing. Dunno why. Now here's a thought how about a Para in the kitchen YouTube channel, could be popular 😋 same for me just smelling all the flavours when you are cooking your meal feels like a little bit of heaven i am thinking about the idea of making such a channel but have to work out how i am gonna do it

I am not at all fond of cooking, but such is life, kids must eat - or so I am told. The best thing I ever bought for my kitchen is the Instapot (an electric pressure cooker) and I LOVE it! Changed our lives. We eat a lot of dried beans now since cooking them in the instapot is sooooo easy. Rice comes out super fluffy and yummy. If anyone is interested in instapot recipes, let me know. I have quite a few now.

I have a crazy idea! What about Wheelers from around the world Channel. So you get together and each of you have a specific week that you submit a video. There are so many people here from around the world!!!! There would be a lot to hammer out but it could be so much fun. I hate cooking but I would watch that video. We have UK, USA, Australia, Canada?, Germany....could be fun if you all collaborated.

I'm having the same thing I have every weeknight. A small salad consisting of broccoli, cucumber, and a small amount of (unsalted) sunflower seeds sprinkled on.

I’m probably the pickiest eater alive and that’s likely not an understatement, but I can’t get enough of watching cooking shows. I also can’t cook that well on my own without having plenty of space and a lot of stuff already prepped for me. When I’m feeding just myself I tend to eat a lot of the same stuff in rotation, or whatever is in the drive thru. Less work is more the older I get.
