RTS with voice-activated software. That sounds tricky. Are you like a auctioneer or something?

It's not a massive game, but I think Cardpocalypse might be the first game with wheelchair user protagonist. It was recently released The Surge had a paraplegic protagonist. You spend most of the game in a mech suit running about, so it doesn't really count, but it was cool wee story detail. It was also a really cool surprise as I didn't know the main character was disabled when I started playing. The reveal that you're playing as a wheelchair user was done really well too as the chair is hidden from view until you gain control of your character. The reveal is at around 02:58 in this video.

Most recently I played Bloodstained for PS4. I loved it!
Currently waiting for the FF7 remake to be released and replaying Diablo (the original) in the meantime.

So I've been playing Sekiro Shadows Die Twice recently and realized it's somewhat devvy. The main character has one arm missing which is replaced with a prosthetic. Has anyone played this yet?

Hey, Its been a while since I was on the boards. Saw this thread. I game because its one of the very few things not really hampered by being in a wheelchair. I am very interested in the future with VR but things could get exclusionary just out of natural evolution in controls. I'm waiting for the technology to mature before I pull the plug though. I'm a pc gamer.
I game pretty regular, trying that stream thang on twitch.

mellowcanuck vr stuff is definitely in the near future! There is a project right now to control a wheelchair and virtual reality using the existing wheelchair drive controls. Can be used for training or gaming :-)

Well, on Wednesday I have got a company coming out to my home, to build me a controller so I can play on Xbox. Unfortunately the last console I used was the mega drive, and things have advanced since then. Can anybody tell me any good games to play? It is a charity in England, and I have been waiting three months for the appointment.
Cheerio for now,
Pete 👍

How about call of duty, is that on the Xbox platform. My nephew has got something called Forza, I used to play a lot of golf games, The Tiger Woods stuff. To be honest the best game I ever played was pac man, on the Atari, I don’t suppose anybody remember it? 😊

Yeah, pac man! Some fun stuff there. There’s a really cool version of Tetris you could play. Otherwise if you want a game you can just sink hours into, I’ve been playing the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, it’s an RPG thats really well written. It’s pretty accessible with 5 different difficulty levels from easy to very hard. Otherwise Overwatch is pretty fun as far as shoot-em ups. Also The Outer Worlds is another good game I’ve been playing, it’s also an RPG but with guns, it also has a bunch of difficulty levels.

I have got my Xbox set up, and I have got a joystick that I do with my right arm, and two buttons taped on my headrest. Does anybody know of any games, that only use two buttons on the Xbox. Forza is tough with curled fingers, iso t might be the quad stick, but I don’t think this company does it.
Anyway I have got it on loan for three months, If not it back to the poker.
Cheerio for now, Pete
