Yeah, Dave is right. Either 1-1 or group counselling will be an ideal launchpad if you can get some help that way.
A balance is also good between online and offline interaction too.
Before I moved out, almost all of my social interaction was done online. Now? I'm slowly building myself up socially again.
Heck, give yourself a target to have at least one conversation a day when you feel ready to.
There was a point late last year going into early this year where I'd gone from being too secluded to being out too much which put a huge strain on both online and offline relationships. It just wasn't me.
I'd had too much of a good thing and was trying too hard not to lose it. Again, build things up and try to balence 'em out too.
