So who might be up for a NSA one night stand?
For the attention of men who may have ( but not limited to) polio, SB, blindness, multiple amputees, MD, and to an extent...CP...
It's been a challenging few years, but I am back with that devotee hunger! 😜😅😘

Back from a very long hiatus and while I haven't read every single input to this thread, I think I can safely assume the discussion.
I have given up a long time ago trying to work out the WHY of my devness for a variety of reasons, but mainly because it was driving me insane trying to understand.
Whilst this is the case for me, my follow up question is...WHY do I feel compelled to come back here after long absences? I do admit I haven't felt my dev urges for nearly a year but that could be due to work becoming hectic at the height of Covid.
I think I have finally mastered how to turn this off, but somehow it manages to creep up.

Isn't it fascinating as a dev that we can almost instantaneously identify if a man who is standing onstage, wearing pants is an amputee? To be exact, an above knee amputee who is wearing a prosthetic leg. This happened at a professional development day ... I was running late, the speaker was perhaps 10 minutes into his presentation, and as soon as I sat downy eyes zeroed in on his left leg.
I don't recall most of his presentation 😁

Ok so here's the deal, if interested ... A one night stand in Perth. No emotions from either party and we'll be sweet.

Calling amputee men, paras, high functioning quads, SBs, and my favourite - Polio guys who may be in Perth...I am visiting your beautiful city in March...would love to catch up with someone seeing as my previous Melbourne ads were responded to by guys who were NOT from Melbourne. I am hoping the replies would actually come from guys who live in or around Perth this time! Shoot me a message and maybe we can start off with a drink...

So Karma - whether one believes in it or not, does come around and boy does it sting.
You see, all I wanted was a NSA one night stand. Well, I did meet someone who took my breath away. I wasn't expecting this to happen and my regret is I let my guard down. I allowed feelings to develop. I allowed him to hit me like a ten-wheeler truck that came out of nowhere. And after 24 hours of what seemed to me was heaven, came months of pure hell and torment because just as swiftly as he came into my life is as quickly as he was gone. there was nothing after that. And most times, nothingness hurts more than goodbye.
So it would seem like he too, was looking for an NSA one night stand. He just decided to play on my emotions weeks before we met up. He did it quite well too. What's that song of Madonna? "Take a bow, this night is over, this masquerade is getting older ... you deserve an award for the role that you played".
So yes, my emotions are spent. I have nothing more to give for the time being anyway.
So boys - if all you want is a one night stand, just say so. Don't bother with anything else. No matter what one says about women (and the feminists will be shooting me now), about how strong we are and how we should be able to take any crap. That's a load of hogwash. Once you steal our hearts, it becomes a long painful process to get over you.

So I will be in Sydney in March. Meet-up would be good.
A heart-breaking experience means all I can offer is a coffee catch up and not much more. My emotions are spent.
So if you'd like to meet a real person from this board for a good ol' chinwag or get the chance to delve into the mind of a dev, send me a PM. Could do something harder than a coffee as well.

Must be 2 years ago now I put a call out for a no strings attached one-night stand....yes, boys, you read right ... no strings attached. The window is one night in Melbourne, Australia in a few months time. Got a few hits, alas, they were all too too far away so I am putting it out there again in case there are new members who might be in the vicinity. Preference? a guy with polio legs is always sexy or a double leg amputee or a triple amputee, or SB ... Oh and, yes, I am a woman. Message me and hopefully this time I'll get lucky - or you'll get lucky.

Great idea, Malibu. But yes it can get complicated because there is just too much to consider in defining what a dev is. Some of us are just in it for sexual reasons, some need a specific type of man in their lives in order to move on, while some are attracted simply because (and this is for lack of a better term) - most guys are just amazing and inspiring in what they can/have achieve/d inspite of their disabilities.
In this age of technology, I think it would be quite helpful for women to connect/understand what a dev is, if they are still in the process of realizing/understanding their feelings. It's pretty damn hard when you can't put a finger on it. It's also not like people talk about it freely.
If you're going to start this ambitious project, how about getting starting a poll on what the ladies on here think their definition is.
