This question reminds me of Wabi Sabi. ˈwɑ biˈsɑ bi / PHONETIC RESPELLING. noun. a Japanese aesthetic concept that finds beauty and serenity in objects, landscapes, designs, etc., that are simple, imperfect, and impermanent: It's the philosophy of wabi-sabi, which delights in the tarnish on an ancient silver bowl and the old uneven cobblestones. The visible mends are of major importance in the practice of this concept. I always found value in this mindset.

I'm sure it wasn't your intentition but this felt like a personal attack. Good to know I'm a broken toy and this is a charity case 🤣 That's interesting that you automatically assumed I wanted to take those broken toys home because I felt bad for them, or was taking pity on them. No, my whole point is that those were the ones I preferred over the brand new ones at the store or the mint condition ones at the charity shop. Yeah I got that, I was just joking around 😄
