PC Gaming Question

I used to be really into pc gaming... like Doom, Wolfenstien 3D, Warcraft, Duke Nuk'em (wow did I date myself there, lol) but college/job/life happened and I slowly got away from it. Starting to get an itch to get back into it but unfortunately now my hands have deteriorated to where I dont have the dexterity/strength to use a keyboard. I can still use a mouse so the last year or so I pretty much only play mobile games like Raid.
My questions to any pwd pc gamers out there.. do you use any specific equipment to play games and are there any high quality/graphic games out there that can be played only with a mouse? Its a long shot but thought I might as well ask.

can you use a controller? my gaming rig is pretty nice and i can use mouse and keyboard just fine, but i still play most games with a controller unless it's a competitive FPS or like...a strategy game or some shit.

So this doesn't work with all PC games they have to have a mouse cursor and it needs to be able to leave the game window. But I find this incredibly useful! I use this for every game I play it works really good for Racing Games but I've used it with a bunch of different things. The guy who designed it is a genius to even think of something like this.

Also I suggest giving some emulators a try! The first time I played Xbox games and PS3 games was through emulation. I'll link some emulator resources below.

cool, thanks!   not really into racing games but will have to check out that altcontroller.  I've used emulators for mobile games (bluestacks) but never for consoles, I'll have to check those out too

I am a quad with too little hand dexterity to try to use a mouse or keyboard, or God forbid a controller. The Microsoft controller for people with disabilities is great to have so much adaptability, but it's hard to play games with so many buttons spread around in front of you. I decided to try a QuadStick several years ago, and I love it.
