Hi, yesterday I discovered Lucas Waterfill : He is really funny ! There are a lot of disabled pro comedians and they are doing very well : Zach Anner, Tim Renkow, Josh Blue, Steve Way, Jack Carroll and so on ! Some are Americans and some are British : Check them out, they have specials, or even TV shows on air apart from their stand up routines : Of course there are disabled female comedians as well : Rosie Jones etc. I have a joke from Lucas Waterfill in mind "Disabled people are all going to go to hell. Because there is actually too much stairs to go to heaven" :-)

Canada in general doesn't have much of a scene, but I'm not saying there's no point in trying it's just much smaller of a scene. The thing people don't realize about company is that you need to make friends connections are very important and that is easier with a smaller scene. The fact that you say you're scared is very normal but you just got to wheel up there and try, good luck buddy.

Also get ready to perform in front of the stage, many stages in Canada don't have ramps I've had to perform in front of the stage quite a lot.
