The Discord server is configured and running! For now if you would like to join please send me a DM or respond to this thread. I will then DM you the invitation. Once you join with the invite I will be manually setting your role to Disabled or Devotee. As it gets going I will setup a role selection bot to simplify the process, this is being done to make sure there are not fakers or spammers trying to get in. I have setup anti-raid and anti-spam filters but they often need to be tweaked initially. Always open for suggestions and additional channels! Thank you! If you want to join please make a direct request, it's much easier for me to handle who did and didn't yet get an invite. just curious, why is it necessary for people to DM you as the gatekeeper? why don't you post a link with an open invite like every other discord group? that way people can just click it and join and choose their own roles (dev, pwd) seems a little odd that's all lol |

Asking for an invite through DM at least ensures that those joining are participants here, having made at least 10 posts. Since this is an open forum, if the link were posted anyone at all could join.

Gatekeeping is necessary to ensure the safety of the participants, that as much as possible we can see that people are who they say they are.
