I was sorry to see that Tony (Pony) passed away in the few years I've been away from this site. That's too bad. He was always a fun guy, with his music. And Matisse, another guy I used to enjoy hearing from, hasn't been around since November or so. I always wanted to take him up on his offer for drinks when traveling through town.

My guy Hopper still pops in occasionally. He was my only pro wrestling buddy on the board from years past.
I was always fond of Tony. He passed shortly after I returned to the board and I was in complete shock.
There was also a kind soul named Mejita (?) who was a female dev from the UK area. She was a friend on Facebook and would regularly send me encouraging conversations up until her passing.

Where you guys pro wrestlers or are you saying you were fans of pro wrestling. I was actually a pretty big pro wrestling fan in the old days. I went to a few events, including one at Madison Square Garden in New York City when I was in high school. I got strong armed out of $20 by a NYC thug, but got to see Superfly Jimmy Snuka dive off the top ropes later that night. It was glorious.

I had really enjoyed reading Tony's threads and posts when I first joined PD a few years ago, and was very sad to hear of his passing. I miss hearing from one of my PD New York State buddies Nate, who I find to be a pretty decent fella; I hope the dude's doing alright and hope to hang out sometime soon.

My father was a wrestler on the local circuits down in the southeast in the 90s.
