Just made the most beautiful kick-ass tiramisu (modesty aside LOL) and was wondering what people's signature dishes were?

Ooh, tiramisu, my favourite...
...signature dish? Well I'm a self-proclaimed itamae; a real specialty of mine: a lightly-seared tuna (with a collection of spices put together in a fashion like a mad scientist) paired with some grilled [asparagus, shi'itake mushrooms, eggplant...], with a either a homebrew garlic mash or some long grain rice with a herbal aroma infused [put some herbs in the water before you steam] with it.

I just know where to go to get the great food. I had some butternut squash ravioli last night that was amazing...

Hey wind, I just remembered ... I have this favorite Indian place where they cook their Basmati rice with cardamom pods ... and I remember using some pandan leaves cooked in with the rice. Isn't it amazing how simple and humble rice can be made into something so tantalizing? tonight I'm cooking beef massuman for some friends, and for dessert ... sweet sticky rice with fresh mangoes ...

herbal infused rice? seared tuna w/garlic bullsh*t? butternut squash ravioli? you ARE guys, right? these are guys we're talking about here, no? heh heh I was feeling intimidated and a bit inadequate about posting my signature dish - deer tenderloin and baked potatoes, grilled outside over an open flame - until you posted this. A properly prepared baked potato is one of my all-time favorite things. I have an unhealthy love for potatoes.

Lol...I'm with Triassic, are we not MEN??? Look, I eat out almost every meal, so I'll name some of my fav 'signature dishes'.
Last night, two beef/cheese/sour cream Tacos, minus any vegetables, as I hate anything good for you. Yesterday afternoon, two slices of amazing NY style pizza...one pepperoni, one cheese! KFC chicken bowl w/mash potatoes with gravy works sometimes, but I also indulge my taste buds on an Italian sausage with melted cheese. Today, I'll be dining on a light crispy fish and chicken combination, lightly seared in deep fryer, from world renown chef, Long John Silver.

And I love good food. And I appreciate creative dishes done well. I pretty much boycott all chain restaurants and I avoid fast food whenever possible (though I am a sucker for Arby's... and late night Taco Bell occasionally calls me in). I'm a fan of niche places. I'm a fan of so-called "exotic" genres... things like Isabelle and Mr. Windrider describe. I can recommend the best local places confidently and usually offer a suggestion off the menu, unless the menu changes daily based on using only the freshest ingredients... like 32 East. I'm a foodie. I love to dine. I always try new things. I eat very well. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I recently discovered brown rice yuppie fusion Sushi rolls. Can't get enough of them. For example: Salmon, cream cheese, and mango, wrapped in prosciutto... A little tiramisu once in a while never hurt anyone either!

Well, Tony and Tri - you can enjoy your 'man meals' with each other; while I create and consume meals as beautiful as the women I dine with... ...the city I have/had lived in is known for its many unique restaurants, therefore I'm thinking 'moshi moshi', 'Eastside Grille', 'Fitzwilly's', or 'Spoleto' rather than McDonald's or Wendy's when it comes to dining. Though I'll admit I am prone to Taco Bell runs at times...
