Cotton candy is called fairy floss here, candy is generally lollies here, soda is soft drink here, we usually call french fries, chips....I'll think of some more later... Thanks for saving my arse Fubb

Fairy Floss sounds like something homosexuals would use to clean between their teeth. No offense. I have heard it called Candy Floss.... never Fairy. Do you also call ciggarettes 'fags'?

dude, tomato sauce(that's to-MAY-to) is NOT KETCHUP. they're 2 related but very different items...
i read up on those chiko rolls. they sound damn good. we don't have them here. but i think theyd sell. americans love anything with deep fried dough and meat. really anthing deep fried. or just plain fried.

Tri, I think he's contrasting the different terminology based in Australia - in other words, he had ketchup on his chiko roll, but they call it tomato sauce (or it was an actual joke).
A chiko with a Vic Bitter sounds like a winning combo.

I certainly haven't seen it (VB); perhaps it is imported and I don't know about it- there's Foster's over here...but that's not really authentic...

Yes i think it is against health code unless they are each wraped, and then they can only be held for 24 hrs after being served. By the way where are you at and where do you work

I think it's a pretty harmless and vague answer...it's not like she's giving her GPS co-ordinates; many of us have been quite more specific as to where we live, etc.
