Just wondering how many other wheelers have met in their whole lifetime, NOT INCLUDING women you knew were devs, like ones from this board.
I have only met 1 whom I am pretty sure was a dev.

If only there was an identifying mark for them...
I've met a couple that I'm curious about, including one this past weekend. Haven't yet worked up the nerve to call her yet.
I can't tell if she's a dev or just taken by my rugged good looks and rapier wit.

When I was on my way home from work I was cruising along to the bus stop and this good looking chick came around a corner. She had this whatever look on her face and we had a look. Her face did a 180. In that split second I had a feeling she was looking at everything.
I was shacked up at the time so I didn't bother, I just gave her a smile and kept on going. LOL the next time I get a look like that I'm pouncing.

Beside the one I know from this board; I believe I have encountered at least two possible people who could've been Devotees (female Devotees).

Two that I'm sure about, but there's another I think might have been.

Randomly ran across this...

I agree Jason, big chance there that you've met a devotee. She probably doesn't even know it yet. The knowledge about paralysis is the big giveaway. I wonder how long it'll take her to find out.
How did it make you feel? Were you uncomfortable? Amused?

I have not yet. But, I like to keep the hope alive, haha. Well, we all appreciate all devs.

yeah, jase...unquestionably that's it, the devo look. and i wouldn't be too surprised if she knew just what signals she was sending. i had a somewhat similar experience when i was 30, and still getting around well on crutches; i opened the door to the church fellowship hall, stepped inside, and BAM, got hit by this intense look from a girl sitting at a table w/some friends...
