Hi New member here. 46 yr. old college professor. I have CP and use a wheelchair. Former paralympic athlete and still in good shape. New to this "devo" thing, but hoping to meet people who can see past the disability and see the man that I am.

Like I said I am new to this, but at least these ladies hopefully don't see the chair as a reason "not" to get involved, or am I completely wrong?  |

Well, on a 'devo' site, the chair is one of the reasons we DO get involved! Welcome to the board. What subject do you teach?

I teach math and computers. I guess I am an ultimate geek! Thanks for the welcome, and the encouragement. I have never looked at the chair as a negative. As a matter of fact I see myself as lucky in many ways. Thanks again!
