For a long time I have always have fetishes and desires for various disabilities. In the past two years I have developed a fetish for people that are non verbal and are dependent on technology for communcation. I want to be like them. There is an app for the iPhone and iPod Touch called ProLoQuo2Go that can be uses as a augmentative assisted communications device. I'm thinking about buying an iPod Touch and the app to pretend to be non-verbal this summer during a trip to Arizona. My friend is a sociology major in college and he is doing a study about disabilities and I suggested the idea of me using the iPod app and pretending to be unable to speak naturally that way he can record people's reactions to the device. 2. Considering your friend´s sociological study; using a pretender as the object of study would definitely necessitate some methodological considerations.
