Following BA steps... here is and old movie (it´s from 1985) I was 15 at that time and I remember it fulfiled my devness. Its actor, Corey Haim, died next march. It´s just a memory... in that movie, he was soo little, just a kid! LOL...

Yes, Annabelle... he was the cute one. It feels too weird to think that when I was 15 (he was 13 by the time) he turned me on in that movie!!... now, that I´m 41... when I see this movie I can´t avoid thinking "He is a baby!!" LOL!!!

The only one I can recall is "When you remember me"... it´s a boy with Muscular Dystrophy I looked for it in the IMDB and it says this movie is from 1990... so, he was 14 years old.

Not sure if it's the one you're thinking of, but on the topic of former child stars, Macauley Culkin played a high school kid in a wheelchair in the movie Saved!. It's not that old, but it's a great movie. Very devo-friendly, even though he's a secondary character.

You are right, Devogirl... Save! is a great devo-movie!... though I don´t like Culkin, he was fine in this part!

Yes, Celesty... I couldn´t find it in youtube and I didn´t find it in the stores. Same happened with an italian movie, very "dev-friendly", it´s "Correre Contro" (Running against), with the atractive Steffano Dionisi... I could never find it here... I rented many years ago in vhs but I could never find it anywhere.

I must say I hadn´t heard of the films, you´re mentioning, but I do know it can be a problem to find old films.
A thing you could do is go to a a second hand shop, that sells old books, films and records and look for it there.
Personally I´m currently on the look out for the film "Leave yesterday behind".

Yeah, DD... the link posted by BA are wonderfull... the 5th episode is double but that´s no problem. About Save!... I made a mistake; I watched the movie in I-Sat a couple of times... the Movie I rented in VHS was Correre Contro.
I must continue my serching... I had lost faith in finding Leave Yesterday... and appeared BA!!

thanks, devine. that looks like a good movie and the wheeler guy is quite nice looking. i will definitely check it out. what i would give to see correre contro. dammit. i've looked for that movie for decades it feels like. that one, and gran paradiso (which i only know about from the pic on the paradevo photos page...but such a great photo!). i was really looking forward to sympathy for delicious, but it doesn't appear to have been bought by a studio for release yet. boo!
