DD, the only thing I can think to suggest is after you hit "submit" on your comment, give it a minute and don't go anywhere. It *should* come back with a word verification thing to type in and then you'll submit that and it would go through.
I'm not positive just because I'm not doing my comments anonymously, but hopefully that will help!

Is that why I'm the only one who's been commenting on the Revenge story? I'm just being slow on reading that one! I had to go back to reread because I'd forgotten. I'll get commenting soon

Thank you Ruth . Whenever I try writing a comment, it just disappears. No verification window pops up . I think it may be my browser though. I have the newest version of Firefox and I have been having a bit of trouble with it. I´ll try Explorer the next time and see if that solves the problem. Otherwise I just need to get some kind of software developer help me with this .

DD forget Explorer and Firefox, try Google Chrome. I had issues with Mozilla and switched over and have been pleased.

Sorry for a tardy reply as well (although I have been away, excuses excuses). I really like the new story section. I go through huge reading binges, and have reread quite a lot of the stories (I'm one of those bores who loves to reread. Best ever on a lazy weekend!). I am *really* enjoying the Best Revenge story, but hadn't left any comments because my fickle, ungrateful brain didn't want to create another account. Looks like that's licked!
I think the new layout is good, and easier on the eye for reading, plus I'm a sucker for a nice background. I did find it a little clunky trying to read sections of stories at first, but it's no problem now.
Thank you for all your effort with it, Lee and Devogirl : )

I want to be entirely sure, because I have Mozilla Firefox set up with Super Start and a lot of short cuts plus ad-free. Which browsers do you use?

I use Chrome. It took a little getting used to, the bookmarks were trickier to find, and it doesn't automatically open all my tabs when I start, but the home screen has a bunch of choices of pages that you visit a lot and that's neat. I like it.

You can make Chrome automatically open up with the pages you want Ruth.

You can make Chrome automatically open up with the pages you want Ruth. Really? Oh, okay, I'll try to figure that out.

Lee I finally started reading some stories in the new format and do have some feedback. It may be that I haven't figured things out yet but I find it tough to find where I stopped reading in a story. I often will miss some updates and want to start off where I left off but can't find where there is a page that lists each chapter of a certain story. For example when I click on The Best Revenge under the Stories caption I only get chapter 1-8 but when I look at Oct 2011 there seems to be an update of chapter 21 on Oct 23rd. Where can I go to find all the chapters of one book together? What am I missing?

Do we have each story tagged? I'll take a look because that's a good way to get everything related on one page. Not sure if it would have the updates in order, though.

Okay, it looks like they are tagged/labeled. Not sure how to solve your issue, Emma, but have you tried clicking on the title of the story on the right hand column instead of in the archive by date? (It's above the archive)

Yes, that's what I described above. When I do that I only see chapters 1-8 on that story. I actually only though there were 8 chapters until I came across the updates and accidently read chapter 16 or something before realizing it wasn't chapter 9. I think the site should be set up so that if someone chicks on the title of the book (top right of the site under 'stories') they should see all the parts of that particular story.

Emma: If you click on a Label for a story, there is a link both at the top and bottom of the page for "show older posts" or simply "older posts". That will give you the next 7 chapters of the story. It's the same as if you are navigating a blog and want to see more than the entries that are on the screen. I guess it's confusing because stories are backdated.
Maybe we need an instruction page?
