So, if anyone else is keen for a skype chat about Looking Up, you are cordially invited to join me and DeeDee (and maybe Enid?) on october the 22nd. Because it'll be over a few different time zones, just to be clear it'll start at 1900hours, Western Australian time (which is the same as Singapore, so there's no confusion). I'll sort out the skype details later, and let y'all know  |

Yeay Peony for setting up another skype chat time. Thank you so much for taking the initiative. But the Oct 26 chat won't be about "Looking Up." I think it will be a movie, then next month will be "Double Take." It's totally fine if you want to talk about "Looking Up" instead--go for it! There's no rule that we all have to schedule the same thing. But I just want to be clear about it so there's no confusion.
Oh and FYI the way we manage skype is just to have everyone who wants to participate PM you with their skype user ID. Then when you open the conference call, you just add the people on your contact list who are online. Easy!

But I'm one of those silly people that works too much in general  (which leads to very bad/late response times  ).... and I also work some weekends... and of course, exactly this specific weekend....  Maybe better luck next time ;D. (and I will definitely get the book! thanks for the tip Dee) |

Sverige888, you´re welcome, I hope you will enjoy the book during coffee breaks at work . I am a little unsure if I can get to read the whole book before October 22nd. It´s holiday season here and I am a bit busy. Perhaps we should re-schedule to November? That will also make for more European and Australian devotees to join (provided they read about it obviously  . But talking about books, I just ordered a big stack of them. The books themselves were very cheap, but shipping and handling are expensive. In any case I should have enough literature to last this Winter and the next . When I get to read them I contemplate putting up reviews . |

I must also recommend Ruth´s website (link in her signature). I spent quite a bit of time there figuring out which books to look more into. Once on Amazon to buy books one gets inspired and suddenly a whole pile of books is heading one´s way . |

So is this happening or not? BTW once you decide on a definite date, you can post an entry in the calendar to let people know. Just be careful, for some reason, entries in the calendar can't be edited or deleted. Stupid proboards!
