I've been away a while, so I figure I'll re-introduce myself. I'm a 26-year-old single white male. I'm a published author, screenwriter and internet radio host. All three of these things are connected to my passion of the horror genre. I have two novels released thus far. The first novel is part of a horror trilogy and the second is a history of slasher and torture films. Believe it or not, I try to lace as much humor as I can in my writing. If you are a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Supernatural, you'll get my writing style.
Just recently I wrapped shooting a short film based on part of my first novel. I'm still in shock that I actually made a movie. It has always been a dream of mine.
Lastly, I host a horror entertainment news podcast that is more about geek fights than anything else. Seriously, it's the only show that you'll find five people sitting around arguing over a film about a killer rubber tire.
As for the wheeler part of me, I have used a power wheelchair my entire life. I'm not paralyzed, nor do I have MD, though I resemble the latter. What I have is a metabolic condition that almost killed me when I was a kid. It's a long story, but basically I have severe muscle weakness and need assistance with day-to-day tasks.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell. I guess I'm here looking for companionship more than anything else. I'd love to be in a relationship, but friendship is an important first step. So if you are a single female dev (preferably in the midwest U.S.) that is interested in getting to know me, don't be shy. I don't bite… Much.
