I also hope to enjoy this forum. One question, Is there an option to send you an email if someone responds in a forum? Because it might take long since I wrote until I get back into the forum.

You can send personal messages in the forum, or if anyone has his/her email on his profile, you might send emails, too. Or if you get to know someone and find this person sympathetic, you may ask for his/her email. You might find some people in the chatroom, too.
But the main reason of this forum is general and public discussion of topics we find interesting.

I do not think you understand me. I know that is general or public forum, but elsewhere, when, for example, they reply in a message that you've put in the forum, or put a message in the forum that you have participated, automatically receive a message that in that forum has been a response, so you can continue the subject at the time. That's what I mean. Personal message I already knew him.

For board topics, I recommend clicking on "new topics" on the top bar, and there you get the newest messages. If you do so, be careful and check that you're not on "devs only" before replying to anything. Anyway, welcome. It's always fun to see more Spaniards around here ;D

Thank you all. Although you will have to forgive my English because it is not very good. It is one thing that encouraged me to enroll in this forum, to practice English. Although I see that there are several Spanish people or people who speak it.

That's what I mean. Welcome! Yes, you can 'bookmark' a topic and you will receive an email that will tell you when there is a response. You will find "bookmark" at the beginning of the topic on the upper left in yellow. When you click it you will then have the option to remove the bookmark by clicking it again. I hope this helps you. There are quite a few native speakers of Spanish on the board both from Spain and Latin America. I hope you enjoy it here.

Really? That's interesting, BA. I wondered what that feature was for. Though don't think I've gotten a single email from PD even though I have bookmarked posts before....
