I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Rapidshare is now refusing to download my selections are requesting payment for 250GB 500GB or 1000GB. Are you guys subscribing to this and if so which option do you go for?

What Val uses is the 250GB option, and it is paid for untill 01/09/2013 - so it shouldn't request you any payment! And specially not for downloading! I don't know what is happening. I tried to download something just now, and it didn't request me anything strange. Anyway, it must be some bug in the system - do not pay anything (unless you want to open a new account for yourself...).

It will only allow you to download one file at a time. If you select multiple files it will ask you to upgrade to a paid account. Stick to one at a time and it should work without payment.

Well... I come to make a comment...
The place we have in Rapidshare is 250GB and we are very near to have it all used so, to make you know, this are the things that are going to be erased (in the order that follow)
These are all files that were NOT downloaded since march 2013:
Old & Mute
Penalty
Unknown
Zanzibar
TV Shows
aishiteru
Baywatch S02
Baywatch S03
Dark Angel
Legit
The idea is that we should avoid to delete the material that is difficult to find (such as some movies and old tv shows) The new TV Shows could be downloaded from lot of torrents.
So, if you are interested in (for example) "Switch at birth".... you can download it so when "Covert Affair" begins, we'll have more space.
Either way, don't worry because we have ALL the material in our archives (nothing is lost)
Do you think it is okay? (I mean... if a TV Show or Documentary is not downloaded for 3 month, we take it down to make space)
