Reviving this thread... very similar things, like showering and feeding (specially in public) are definitely quite romantic things. Other satisfying things: getting him out of bed after a session of massage and stretching, positioning his body in the wheelchair after being transferred. Also, nothing related to physical interaction but preparing some snack for him while he's busy working on his computer or just relaxing in his wheelchair, without him asked- like cutting some of his favorite fruit or preparing a sandwich and juice. I love the idea of growing intimacy by caring. I think it kinda "replaces" a little bit the physical interaction that is only possible between and abled-bodied couple.

As my guy can do everything on his own basically, there is not much help needed. And, I guess, I'm not the "helping" kind of dev... doesn't turn me on so much. I'm rather "lazy" and like laying on the couch more than going out in the cold to get something from the garage or bringing garbage out😅.
But when I think about it... I like opening doors for him, so he can smoothly pass (I think this is because I always like it so much when someone does that for me when I'm with my son who is pushed in a wheelchair). I like helping him sit up in bed by pulling him up with holding hands. Then, obviously I like positioning his legs😍. I like when he asks me for help grabbing something in a high cupboard where he can't reach. I like driving the car in a big city or many hours drive away - where I know he would not get there because he doesn't want to drive himself.
Sometimes though it doesn't feel good for me to see him in a situation where he needs help because I know he doesn't like that at all. He'd rather be in control of everything and independent.

I have a close friend and we hang a lot together. I also like to open doors and push the elevator button for him in case I get there first. His legs are often very cold, especially in winter. However, I tend to have warm hands most of the time. When we lay in bed, my warm hands help to warm up his cold legs ☺️ legs in general are not a turn on for me but I think it’s a really neat way of helping out ☺️
