This was taken a few days ago on my deck, when the weather was slightly cooler. Bro, how is your drive system? My drive system is whack. My rare and severe form of DMD (Exon-47) has taken away the ability to use my hands so much so that I can't even drive my wheelchair independently, much less control the joystick for tilting and reclining. As you can see, the joystick is in the rear in what is known as "attendant drive" mode. This means someone else is controlling the movements of my wheelchair with the joystick, which in this case, are my current caregivers, i.e. my parents. My family and I are considering an eye-gaze system as the most viable option, at least in terms of mobility independence. Frankly, I think they deserve a break from doing everything for me.

Surely, I'm there is an appropiate drive system for you, as long as you have any muscle working, even if ii just move a milimeter. I'm actually interested in such developments, smartphone o touch systems. I know it's possible and not hard to do it.

Look where Doc ended up last weekend! With this brand spankin' new ADA compliant automatic spa chair, I'm definitely going to make a splash in the hot tub this Labor Day weekend. Any devs and/or PWDs care to join me? In solidarity, at least?

limplegs a vacation sounds great right now! Looks like you had a fun time. It was great, though a bit too hot and humid. Yeah I'm fortunate to live in Scotland, we dealt with the virus reasonably well (compared to other countries) so I'm able to travel to some European countries without having to quarantine. Going to Germany in a couple of weeks, if things don't gat any worse.

Perfect photos, limplegs! Can i ask which hotel and if you are happy with their service? I may need to go there once travel resumes. We stayed in a villa near Rethimno town. It was perfect!

So limplegs, i guess the vila is a private place not a hotel that is open to public access? It's a private house that we rented from Airbnb. There are a bunch of awesome places on there.
