I think that any "smart" person do not need a law or a manual to know those terrible errors when making a ramp. They just need common sense.
Is it too much to ask?

WTF!
I'm in a power chair so going up would be impossible without help. Going down I would face plant. Could possibly back down with help. yet doubtful.

But where does it say this ramp is for wheelchair or crutch users? The symbol has been added to the picture. yes its really badly built but we dont know if there is a lift around the corner
