And no, not that equipment. Let's see those chairs, crutches, braces, ect! No matter what you use, let's see it!

I´m thinking about getting one of those rolling park benches. Must be great to have your darling next to you with your arm around her....

View AttachmentMy brother and his wife have been living with me for the past few years and are finally getting back on their feet and are hoping to be able to move out next summer. It's been convenient and I don't mind being the good brother and helping them straighten out their lives, but it's time. Anyway, all the furniture in my place is theirs and I've been thinking about what I'm going to replace it with. I had an idea a few weeks ago that started as a joke but I'm really warming up to it. I want to purchase a couple old power chairs with tilt and recline, disable the drive motors but keep the seating adjustments and use them as recliners. For a couch, I'm going to purchase and old manual chair, cut in half, stretch it and put cushions on it. Like I said, I'm getting serious about the idea. What do you all think?

I hadn't thought about it in the context of snuggling, I just meant it as everyday furniture. My ex and I had always planned on buying a snuggle couch but I almost never sit in regular furniture now. I have plenty of surface area for a good lap snuggle and I'm squishy and comfortable. At least, the dog thinks so.

Does look a bit precarious 😯 Awww, no worries. It appears that way as my mom was ready to remove my leg braces and foot braces after a 30 minute prolonged stretch. Thanks for your concern.

My Lamborghini. Not visible in this picture: a permobil smart Drive in the back, and a four-point Transit tie down system. The seating cushion was also customized.
