I've met devs in Vegas twice now, HV. Just met Emma and Justagirl a few months ago. It's the perfect place to host a meet up- so start planning! If only Vegas wasn't 8 hours away... although my sister lives there... lol 8 hours is not that far! Both TC and Justagirl were kind enough to fly to a place I was able to drive to. I'm always up for a dev meet up if we want to plan something again. |

At 8 hours its probably cheaper to fly, as long as you plan far enough in advance. Vegas is the only place I travel to where it's rare for me to not see at least one other wheeler during my trip. And that's what I actually remember, so in reality it's probably 2-3 per trip.  |

But seriously, it would be REALLY cool to have a little "dev convention" of sorts! We could decide on a meeting place and plan ahead and give people time to put together a plan. And then we could meet up, somewhere!
I've often thought of crazy ideas since being here on PD. One was to host a convention for the gathering of devs AND PWDs. But I had to think realistically, it may be hard for many PWDs to travel around to the meeting spot, so I had to scratch that idea. But a dev meet-up would be fantastic.

I don't think i've ever seen the elusive dev in the wild...maybe a few in captivity! Researchers have spent years in the jungle trying to capture Devs in mating season.

Definitely Denver in May, for me! I'll try to add Paris to my list too... heh.
I have selfish reasons for going to Denver, but a dev meet-up would be freaking awesome! I'm setting a reminder to ask about this again.

I vote for Devs Doing Denver!
Calaena and I also had an idea of devs watching para olympics together. Maybe we could organize and online chat while its going on or something like that.
