Why can't the wheelers flirt with us women first? My problem is I don't know how to flirt.....plus I'm technically challenged. I have no cam......don't even know how to find an email address here....... Ray, I've seen your posts at beautyability.com. I really enjoyed them since you have a great sense of humor. Too bad I can't get to the message board anymore.

I have no cam......don't even know how to find an email address here....... A lot of wheelers are very nervous at making the first move proberly due to rejection or just assume that you may be looking at them out of pity or just interested on what happened to them. So many people who do chat to us ask those sort of questions, or tell us about their medical history, or the medical history of a relative etc. Female devotees are very rare from our perspective, and when they are afraid to tell anyone that they are attracted to disabled people, it is very hard for us to find out etc

I thought Germany was very accessible. I would have thought you would have more chance of meeting wheelers

and cute w/c users are very rare from our devo perspective ;D So true... For me, to see any wheeler is a treat, even more finding a cute one! I went to the US about 3 weeks ago, and was sitting at the food court in the mall, having lunch. I did see a wheeler, but sadly he was with a lady that seemed to be his mom. I don't think I would have had a good reaction from her if I went over to say hi, but I still stared at him, and I think I caught his eye. Still, he wheeled away.

Very smooth, jeff......I like it!!!!
So, really, tell me about your tat. Where and what is it? Did you get it pre- or post injury?
Personally, I don't have any. I wouldn't mind getting one or two but I hesitate because it's so permanent. It's not like you can get rid of it if you ever get bored of it. Or, you can't change it if you suddenly decide you don't like how it came out.

interesting story, my tat,,,i have the native american bear totemon my left forearm...it is the symbol for strength and perseverence thru life's difficulties...its upside down so i see it right-side up...a constant reminder...the eyes was done as a human eye,,,the lightning bolt is reversed...to remind me that the "power?" whatever,,of the bear comes from within...the is a smal red mark near the eye,,,that symbolizes the fact that some wounds never heal,,,i have a scar over my right eye that i got when i was 3 yrs old & sometimes it still hurts...i got it done in april of '05,,,wayyy post injury...lol...the same time i had it done my daughter had a more simplified bear totem done on her right shoulder,,,but her's is sniffing a flower the tats were what she wanted for her birthday....my feeling is to chose a tat that has such a strong meaning to you that regretting it isnt much of a possibility,,,no non-family names on ones butt, for instance

jeff, thanks for sharing. i like the customized tat and its interpretation. your daughter must think you are the coolest dad to get a matching tat for her bday. the upside down matter is pretty cool, too. who wooda thunk? are you native american?
