I'm going on an all vegetable juice diet. Summer will be here soon and I need to look good for the beach, not that redheads tan eaisly. Anyone ever try carrot juice?

Let's put it this way; drinking fresh carrot juice is a lot better than eating carrots...because it's over quicker.

Doubtful. There are really only 3 ways to lose weight;
Eating less Exercizing more Disease...
and I smoking, maybe. Carrot juice is just very nutritious.

Don't juice unless you've figured out a way to get protein and have lots of supplements (vitamins of all types) in your diet. Triassic is right, the only way to lose weight is to eat less, and build muscle.

I eat a lot of yougart that's low fat and high in protien. I've never been big on meat, so that's not an option. I did this juice thing a few years ago and lost 20 pounds.
