I want to get to know everyone, so I was wondering: what's that one thing (hobby, show, genre) that you love, but know you’re in the minority. Dev stuff excluded because I feel that’s a given.

I’m not entirely sure what that means, but it sounds awesome

I love watching Morris dancing. I have no idea why. Grown men prancing around in silly costumes with bells on, waving hankies at each other and bashing their sticks together. Old English nonsense tradition at its best.

I absolutely adore watching Improv. The more amateur the better.

What a very interesting thread!
I totally love these little moments when certain senses get engaged, or even several ones at the same time. For example the feeling of wool running through my hands when knitting in connection with the sheep smell, the feeling, sound and smell of ice cracking under my feet when stepping on frozen puddles in winter, sticking the hand deeply into a bag of coffee beans or so.

I love going to my sisters home , it’s a barn conversion in a quiet country lane; and seeing my niece ride her pony.
On another note I have got this ⚠️ in my line next to the Paradevo.com can anyone tell my why.

As for a weird things I love, I'll share two--When I want quiet "alone time" I go into the bathroom, run my hands under warm water (not scalding, I'm not into self-harm, eww), and think to myself. Sometimes I might even just stare at my expression-less self in the mirror. It's great and it really clears my mind, although it's tough because I have to be sure and watch the time since I can really lose myself in my thoughts. Also, I generally don't like EDM, but a form of it called breakcore is actually very relaxing to me. Most people find it chaotic, but it's really soothing to my ears, and it's great to put on while I clean or make food. Below is a sample of a breakcore song so you can get an idea. Breakcore is actually the most handicap accessible EDM subgenre. If you're a PWD that can't dance, just put this music on, and no one else will, either!

Oh, I like that topic! I love art supplies, pens and felt-tip pens. In an art-supply store, I can easily spend half an hour just checking out their stuff. Or office stores. Most people go there, get a pen, because it's supposed to write. End. I go into an office store, spend way more time there, looking at the pens, trying out how they write and how they feel like in the hand. I work in an office and have to note down a lot during the day. I hate it, when I have to note something and the ball-pen doesn't work right away. So this is probably part of the reason why I chose my stuff very carefully. I am a creative person, and for what I think, pretty good in art stuff. I love taking photographs of friends and family. So the pictures of them, taken by me always look nice and in pretty ankle and everything. I would sooo love if anyone in friends and family was able to do similar shots so that I also get some decent photos of me. But no one has the "sight" or "vision" to take good photographs

I'm totally hooked on wet shaving. I have a few safety razors, a few shaving brushes, literally hundreds of blades and my medicine cabinet is filled with about 20 different shaving soaps and their corresponding aftershaves. It's an expensive hobby.

So this is probably part of the reason why I chose my stuff very carefully. I had been thinking on what to answer to this post and couldn’t think of anything but OMG I’m the exact same! I love looking at different types of pens, pencils, colors, markers, note pads, folders, etc. I could spend hours in office supplies stores and I’ve been that way since I can remember. I also have to write down a lot during the day, especially since I make to do lists all the time and I actually still use an analogue calendar both at work and in private. My ex got me this very nice pen for Christmas once. At first I was like “well ok this is nice”, but then when he explained that he had chosen that gift for this exact reason I realized what a thoughtful gift it was and really loved it. I still use it every day, pretty much all the time when in my office, but when I’m with clients I take the cheap pens from work because I don’t want them touching my pen. ETA: I really LOVE make up and everything to do with it, shopping, applying, playing, trying new products and techniques, learning, organizing my collection, etc. It’s my (only) creative outlet and I’m really passionate about it. But I don’t know if that counts as “weird”? Probably, but I just see it as my hobby.
