I'm curious if this website has changed any of you. That is, has the knowledge that there are others like you intensified or solidified or made more 'real' your devotee nature?

I don't think it has changed me but it has made me feel less isolated. Like many others I thought I was the only one with these "strange" feelings for disabled men. Now I know that I am not and that makes me feel OK about it.

Yep, less isolated. It's also let me write about it instead of just fantsizing, which has been amazingly empowering, since writing is my passion. It's also absolutely fabulous to be able to talk about it with other people. Also... Devboy, you should see my ideal female, the tits don't really need to get that much smaller for your guy on guy action Maybe I will try writing about that one day. God knows I have access to enough interview material if I get writers' block. (I'm what you call a "fruit fly" in some places, according to my friend J.) Lisa, what shall we have for our ranking system? I say butterflies. Little Pink Ones. And when our little pink novels are being sold by the billions in WinnDixies and WalGreens all over the world and we're disgustingly rich off housewife money, the boys will see how smart we are. So ha. (I'm extra sassy today. It's because I got no new chapters on my break. Not my fault!)

Princess, I think little pink butterflies would be absolutely perfect. Sadly, there are no more Winn Dixies in my neck of the South, so I will have to peddle my pink novels to WalGreens and the ever-present Super WalMart... Triassic, I don't know that the website has made my devote nature more real, but it has definitely helped me feel far less isolated and ashamed. It is such a wonderful thing to be able to share this "weirdness" with others.

I found out about devos thanks to Paracathy and her site. I was completely shocked when I first found her page. I used to just scour the web, looking for personal accounts of SCI. I guess I always knew there were freaks like me, but I never knew they could be so.... organized.
I remember as a kid, when I was like 5 or 6, I think my mom said to me in a hushed voice once that there are some perverted men out there who like women who are amputees. (I don't remember the context.) That was pretty much all I knew.
When I first put up this site... are you kidding me? I thought I was going to get about 100 hate emails a day. But in about six years, I haven't gotten even one nasty email. I think that says a lot.

Paracathy was my intro, too. Except that crowd wasn't quite as helpful, since I'm not into disabled women at all. This feels much more like home. I wish we had the same volume of pictures that the chick-devos seem to have. It's an embarassment of riches over there.

Yeah, I know. And considering that disabled guys are much more accepting of female devos, you'd think they'd be lining up to send me pictures. Joey's the only real guy who bothered to send me pics.
I guess the problem is that the fan base isn't as large. A lot of the sites devoted to women turn a profit. I don't. (In fact, I'm losing money right now.)

Poor Lee;( Does it help that we love you so much?
I think maybe your two pictures of Joey and the one of Christian B. are better than Cathy's hundred million pics of sort of or not very cute girls, though. There's something to be said for Quality, you know? (I'm going to flirt with Joey now, too, instead of just you. But I love you most. Tell him how cute I am.)
OK,I'm going to try and finish my chapter now before I have to be housewife...

Well, I'm done... sex scene and all, Devboy! (kinda...)
Let me know, guys. I'm trying to be romancey and still not too entirely "fluffy". I'm not sure it's possible at this point.

Lee has it. I don't know how to convert things to HTML before I send them so he has to do it for me. I think it will be there later tonight, perhaps... I hope you like it. I was all nervous. I think it's only like the third or fourth time I've written a sex scene. I'm not going to be able to be the devo-Danielle Steel if I can't have my characters screwing each other all over the place. (And if I have to get a real job I'm going to cry.)
