Well she specifically mentioned his voting record so I don't think it's a matter of wanting a traditional family, or at least not only that. And she said they don't have anything in common which in my experience is a big problem.
As for being dominant, as I understand it the issue is not that a dominant woman can't be a match for a PWD. Of course we can! But she is fantasizing about the very specific dynamic she sees in that video, with the PWD having the dominant personality and the girlfriend in the helper/supporter/carer role, finding her purpose in life through her relationship with him and his disability. I think she's correct that having a dominant personality will make that specific kind of relationship impossible. But that's not a bad thing! That relationship model is actually quite toxic and unlikely to last long term. As you said, it's very likely that relationship is not in reality how it seems on Youtube.
There's nothing wrong with enjoying that fantasy. Write a book or a play about it! But recognize that in real life it's not a great idea.
