By now, most of you here at PD know that I'm more of a math/philosophy nerd rather than a writer/poet. Anyhow, here's an attempt at a non-rhyming poem that I came up with. It's from the male PWD perspective, about a woman (possibly a dev) that he's in a permanent relationship with.
I Knew
You didn't have to tell me how you felt about me For I knew it was me you were craving all along
Your hungry eyes said it all On that sultry day when I caught my first glimpse of you
To this day, I knew you were mine and I was yours For you are still my heart, my soul, and every fiber of my being
