The general answer seems to be 'No' but I was curious to hear from you all.
Would you, as a PWD, date a PWD? If not, why?

Yeah, I would. I don’t see any reason not to.

Probably not. I don’t find PWDs particularly attractive but to each their own, right?

Actually a bit surprised by this statement, not for the fact that you won't date a PWD but just in the way you wrote how you don't find PWD attractive...there are so many beautiful female PWD out there...I was hoping you would put like a winky face or something so it would possibly show that you were joking...

I don’t think he believes in masks either apparently lol. I would date a PWD who is an amputee or CP walking with a gait. Actually that would be kind of hot... I would not want to date a person in a wheelchair though. Logistics would be annoying, and as far as people with paralysis, I really need someone with working genitals. Since mine are useless, I really need a pussy that gets wet or a dick that gets hard and cums. Or else sex would be kind of boring, for me. And yes I have been with paraplegic woman. We sucked each other nips until them shits were raw, and it was great. Her pussy didn’t really get wet though, and she couldn’t feel it anyways. Much prefer AB to para.

This is what I hear all the time from PWDs Dani . By and large I've rarely heard a PWD say they'd date another PWD. I find that incredibly interesting. Some of the reasons given are logistical, some are attraction based. I wanted to extend that conversation and understand those answers a little better. ...having said that, you are attracted or you are not. Many AB people don't find PWDs sexy, why should PWDs have to?

Just wanted to add that paralysis is complicated and every body handles an injury or illness differently. I don’t know many, but those I do know can still can get hard and everything (Both with complete and incomplete classification of paralysis). Sensation can also vary depending on the type of paralysis and how that person’s body works. From a sexual health stand point: even with someone who doesn’t have paralysis, nothing wrong with using lube!

Oh, I totally would. I imagine it would make some things easier actually on an emotional level. The only thing that would be "off-limits" for me personally, is someone being deaf/mute, I guess (or someone being (seriously) mentally challengend)... Voices and having the possibility of communicating verbally is really important to me, and I doubt we could bond deeply enough without that. I'd love to befriend a deaf person though, particularly because I've always had this curiousity concerning their perception of sound (which is simply vibration, really, like everything (?) else in this universe)... There needs to be more music (and/or devices/gadgets) for deaf people to enjoy rhythms/different ranges of frequencies, and I'd be very interested in experimenting with that. Also I'd feel really uncomfortable in a serious long-term relationship with a high quad. Not because of her, but rather because of myself. I feel her partner should be able to pick her up, and carry her, atleast a few steps, if need be. I wouldn't like the idea of being forced to rely on third parties in an unexpected/emergency situation. So, a more or less functional upper body would be nice – we'd have 4 limbs to work with, that should do the trick, most of the time. I'm not too worried about logistics and such, and sex only arises (and is happening) within one's own mind or a shared "mindspace" – the body is merely a vehicle and biolab (all those beautiful chemicals, that make you feel so good, have to be synthesized somewhere after all, right?)... So, another wheeler or even a blind girl would be 100% "dateable", I guess (Hit me up, lol.)

Ugh, I just got the mask thing. I was drunk, sorry. I actually don’t mind wearing them except that I apparently have a giant face and the surgical masks I bought make me look like I’m wearing an eyepatch the wrong way. 😉 You’re 100% correct. I wasn’t trying to be funny, I just really don’t find the disabled body attractive. I didn’t realize that was wrong. Also, the logistics would be a nightmare. Thank you for the birthday wishes. It was a pretty good one.

Why should that be wrong? You can find anything unattractive. I don't believe in policing desire
