Hi Fiction Blog readers,
I'm still writing all the time and working on a story that is almost finished. It's different than anything I've written and published so far. It may have some of the same style I write and what my readers are familiar with, but this story is different from what I've done so far. It also has taken much of my energy over the past two or so years. Maybe it was my Covid project in a way and helped me get through this time.
Anyway, I posted the first, very long chapter on the blog today and I hope I did it right. I had to remember how to post over there. I plan on self-publishing this story in the spring so I may not post the whole thing on the Fiction Blog, it's very long by the way. But I wanted to share some of it and see how you feel about it. It does have a disabled male protagonist and of course a woman who is drawn to him, but I'm sorry if it's too different from what you are used to in my previous stories. If you have any questions about it, please let me know or if you see something in it that is not correct for people native to the location the story takes place in. I tried to do as good as possible in creating a genuine environment for my story and characters. As I'm posting this, I'm still editing the story and finishing up the last part of it, so I'll go over it multiple times before I will actually self-publish.
To everyone who has been buying my novels on Amazon, I thank you very much. I'm not making much profit off my novels because they are not very mainstream and I do everything by myself. I also don't have money nor knowledge to do much promoting. I published for the sake of putting my stories out there for readers who are looking for these type of stories or for my readers who knew my stories from the Paradevo Fiction Blog. I am still working in my daytime job to make a living.
Anyways, thanks for reading and letting me know what you think.
Hugs, Dani
