Quads or anyone else who spend a lot of time on a pillow, any favorite type/brand? The back of my head ends up hurting on standard ones.

I'm a side sleeper and I always use a curved pillow to keep my neck straight.

Side sleeper here too. Having smallish shoulders and a big noggin makes finding the correct sized pillow nearly impossible for me. Everything is too fat, too hard, too thin, not enough support, etc. I've been wondering about those cube (square) pillows. Has anyone tried on of those? Is there a good way to make your own pillow?

If yall side sleepers ain't on a pillow cube you're missing out!!! Can I ask, is it comfortable on your* shoulders? I always tuck my arm up under my head and it kills my shoulders and I think that’s because I feel like I need it under there to keep the pillow in the right spot? But maybe I wouldn’t do that with the cube one? 🤔
