Friends: Lately I'm totally dissapeared. Today I have a little rate of speedy in my Internet conexion (something like 4.2kbps!) I'm having serious problems with my ISP (it is Speedy and it really sucks!!) So, while they don't make the proper reparations I'm gonna be a little bit desconected!! I really hate them!!... this lack of internet is affecting my work too!!

In the last 10 years, Internet has become just as much of a "utility" as electric power, running water, or natural gas.

I'm a nerd... a freak!! LOL!!! Hey, there's nothing wrong with that! Join the club! (...or at least my 'club'...) ...it's actually funny (not humourous, but 'strange'), hearing this...because I was just reading how the average broadband speed connection for folks in Argentina was actually faster than in the United States.

Once a nerd, always a ner, Wind... and proud to be one!! LOL About the broadband it depends on the zone... and the lines. In my zone, the phone lines are deteriorated so, the speed can never reach the 2.5mb!!

Thats much faster than the average broadband speeds in the UK,but after 8 years on dial up even with the slow broadband we get here that was a massive improvement. Almost like using the net for the first time again
