hey tonay ponay thanks fr posting these. yes, these are a bit small to see any detail, but you get an idea; all are on paper, 18''x24' and matted/framed, nothing fancy for media-uniball pen, sharpie, majik marker, colored crayola marker, maybe a little watercolor. you can't see it, but all are covered w/handwritten script. obviously non-representational/abstract art, they don't really fit into any category...maybe symbolist crossed w/abstract expressionist.

The first one reminds me of 'The Ring'... you know that movie. It's the thing you see right before you die.

It makes me think of ova and sperm. That's one of the things I love about abstract art though. We all see something different. Anyway, here's one for you Triassic, an original. Frozen Burritowhite sparkly bundled beans sneaky cheese tucked ends lapped sides nuclear fission in my kitchen spinning glass and lights atomic disco white steamy seething beans escaping cheese earthquake ends splitting sides tortilla satiation ;D

clover....brilliant, simply brilliant. i send a prayer winging up to the Muse that i may paint a picture which is at all worthy of displaying the genius of such poetry, such sublime verse as you have blessed me with above. thank you. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

yes claire, thank you....i think i can indeed use at least part of it.
so clover...it occurs to me-regarding your last little little bit of versification-that you are the ONLY woman in the entire history of western civilization to ACTUALLY ADMIT to eating a convenience store frozen burrito.

Triassic, I am heartily offended. That frozen burrito came from my very own freezer! I bought it at the grocery store. I am not sure if I have eaten a frozen burrito from a convenience store before, but in the past I have considered myself a connoisseur of convenience store foods in my area. You know, I could tell people where to get the less dry cheeseburgers, where the pizza was less cardboardish, etc. It comes from being on the road a lot at lunchtime.

cool artwork, tri. i'd be curious to see some close up shots that show more of the detail and the words. clover's ode to the frozen burrito was sublime.
