Clover is a small plant that's all over the place here (not sure about other continents). It has a nice little bloom but is still pretty unobtrusive. And it can be used as forage by livestock. ;D So, it's useful, too.
I like the plant.

Good question Mr. Fubb. (I forgive you for posting in the devs only section by mistake ). Well, my user name/profile name is a play with words (something I like to do, lol, ). I´m not that diva-like in real life, lol, but one can always dream, right? : ;D. Oh, and don´t ask Tony this question, as he changes his profile name as often as he changes his leggings ;D.

E is the fifth letter in the Latin alphabet. It is also the second vowel in the Latin alphabet. Its name in English (pronounced /ˈiː/) is spelled e; the plural is ees, though this is rare. The letter E is the most commonly used letter in the Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Latin, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish languages.
E is derived from the Greek letter epsilon which is much the same in appearance (Ε, ε) and function. In etymology, the Semitic hê probably first represented a praying or calling human figure (hillul jubilation), and was probably based on a similar Egyptian hieroglyph that was pronounced and used quite differently. In Semitic, the letter represented /h/ (and /e/ in foreign words), in Greek hê became Εψιλον (Epsilon) with the value /e/. Etruscans and Romans followed this usage. Arising from the Great Vowel Shift, English usage is rather different, namely /iː/ (derived from /eː/ in "me" or "bee") whereas other words like "bed" are closer to Latin and other languages in usage.

Jesus wept!! I just did a stupid thing and added a post to the devs only section by mistake. Anyway how did you come to call yourself what you have? All is forgiven. Come home for dinner! I shortened my name from something else as I had a web stalker following me with my oft used moniker around the internet. I was stupid enough to shorten it to AB on impulse, which, of course, was just an incredibly idiotic thing to do. First of all, even a moron of a stalker would have been able to find me fairly easily since I only dropped letters off my name. Y'think? Also AB is something we frequently refer to on the board as able bodied and I find myself having to distinguish between "me" AB and "them" AB's. I annoy myself with this. I have thought 8 million times about changing it, but I have become too lazy. I might go with TAB which is a really bad diet soft drink and also stands for temporarily able bodied (which we all are). I was also thinking of being Lucinda, Therese or Gal Friday. I think all of these options stink. If you can think of a better name for me, I will go for it.

i've always liked the military way of assigning a completely arbitrary, random word as a code name for a specific project or operation; paperclip, overlord, barbarossa, sea lion... after awhile the designation begins to take on it's own meaning-unrelated to what the word literally signifies.
thus, 'triassic'...

I am a devo and I am a girl, thus Devo Girl. You can tell I put a lot of time and thought into this. But I think it kind of sounds like a superhero name, so I like it.

AB, how about 'ABsolut'? Oh, wow, Windrider687 goes back to when I came to the pivotal moment in time, when I first started Internet gaming...on a 14.4k modem - raging fast, I know. The game was DOOM - and 'Windrider' was taken, so I closed my eyes and tacked on three different numbers, trucker-style...Windrider was mainly something I just took when I looked at my chair and came up with some way of 'badassing' it (or 'fairying' it I'm sure some of you think)...it also happens that I have my own theme song, how many of you can say that!!?: (Yeah, I know too many 'My Little Ponies' and such...).

Years ago, before I got hurt, I saw a hot Ocean Blue Ford Mustang....on the side was painted "Tony's Pony"!! I thought it was so cool, and I kinda adopted the name, but on here I just change it around at will for new look. As for a theme song, gimmie Bon Jovi's "Dead or Alive....on a steel horse I ride!" hehe

I'm not sure how I came up with my user name. I'll have to think about it.

AB, don't change your name, I always thought it stood for absolutely brilliant ;D.
To answer the question, here is a multiple choice answer, take your pick:
a) IRL, I am a buxom blond whose real name is Bambi b) IRL, I am a meek and mild individual who always wears beige c) I really like cute animated animals, and well, Thumper, didn't sound real friendly d) Joining this site is the start of a new chapter in my life, a Dawn of a (New) Era - hence Doe. Done just would not have had the same ring to it! e) Any one or more of a combination of the above.

Whenever I have joined a message board I have always tried to pick a clever name that has a vague meaning to something in my life, but I didnt think it was appropriate to have a fake name for here .Wanted to keep it real ,so that's what I did.

My username illustrates exactly how much effort guys named Jason who use a wheelchair put into things like choosing a username. LOL, it appears that you expended more effort than I. ;D

Hmmm let me think a moment.
ozT4para - I'm from Lithuania and I'm deaf.
Usually on most places I register, I tend to use one of two names but for here I thought I could save time telling people about myself and pick a name that said it quickly.
One of the names I use is "legless" or "legless_in_oz" if the former is taken. This is not as it seems and I often have people online asking if I am a DAK amp. I admit it is a little confusing but I'm sticking with it as people know me. I really loved the Tumbleweeds comic especially the Poohawk Indian called "Limpid Lizard". When I chose a CB radio handle I thought of "legless lizard" based on that and the fact is is a type of native lizard here. It just became "legless" with the internet coming along.
I could have also used "fat50pendantic_bugger" but didn't think it had the same impact on a dev site.
