Well after a while of listening to my wife converse on this website I decided I should join in. It sounds like a lot of you already know of me, but for those who don't I'll give a quick intro. I am a double above the knee amputee, I was injured about 5 years ago and 5 days now, seeing how my alive day was just "celebrated". My wife is Emma in here. I am probably not going to be on this nearly as much as her, but there are some interesting things going on that I'd like to be apart of now and then. I'll leave it at that for now, I need to get ready to get a new ski coat for this season. Talk to you all later,
MarineAmp

Hi and welcome . Based on your user name, I suppose you were in the Marines? (We have another "Marines-wheeler" here).

Wow you capitalized Marines, nice job. Most civilians screw that one up. Yes I was in the Marines, had a few deployments, and I have been home and out of the Marines for a little over three years now.

I was a 0311 (that is your basic rifleman for everyone else who wasn't in the Marines) I guess that would make them POM's. HAHA, ah I amuse myself. I think wheelieincali is probably the only other person that can get that joke. My initial E.A.S. was suppose to be Dec. of 06, but I was injured 8 day from my three year mark, and I had another year and eight months of rehab before I was able to be discharged. By the way, are you into any kind of sports? Or is any other wheelie into sports? And not just watching it, but participating or competing in them?

Good to see your avatar photo as well. Emma is a lucky wife . What are you doing in the photo? Are you playing sports?

What are you doing in the photo? Are you playing sports? I was actually competing in a new thing called the Warrior Games, I was getting ready to throw the shot put.

The question was not directed at you, Eric. If I knew what he was doing specifically, I wouldn´t ask. Sigh.
