Hey, I am Jay, and I am in NYC. I been on this site for a while and post here from time to time, and this is basically the low down for all of those who don't remember. I am 22 soon to be 23, a gay devotee/wannabe and I am looking for any gay wheelers (paras or amps) in the region who want to chat and possibly meet up.
