Hey, I've had a drink or two tonight...and I'm feeling particularly warm and fuzzy, so edonwheels, I'm going to introduce myself. I'm vancityippy, and this is paradevo. I'm not the best person to introduce you, as I've only been around for a few months (so if anyone has anything to add to my intro, please feel welcome!)
But, this is paradevo, a discussion board for devs and guys with disabilities to have discussions on aspects of disability, social perceptions and challenges/ thoughts/ joys of having an unconventional sexuality/ body.
I know it's deceiving...as we are all soooo sexy, but it's not a swingers club or hook up joint.
But if you're interested in making friends it's been a fun place for me so far.

I think you're absolutely right.
There was nothing wrong with your post and you may find a busty dev interested in chatting.
I think people just wanted to let you know that around here we tend to be more into talking in depth about major issues and really trying to understand and explain devness rather than as a place to hook up. However, this is a personals section and some people are just here to hook up.
So, good luck to you and I hope that you do find what you're looking for!

I am curious, though, Ed, as to why you aren't interested in a relationship? Only texting? Many of the women here ARE looking for long term relationships and the guys generally cater to that, at least on the surface...
There have been a few single chicks who were only looking to hook up.... but they seem to be few and far between...

I guess what bothers me is that we are so often just seen as just pervs only good enough for weird sex/fetish stuff. It's a sore spot for me. I wouldn't want to be someone's back door buddy by a long shot. I'm not here to pass judgement on you, dude but if you are married or whatever and you just came here to get sexted I'm thinking you don't have this whole dev concept accurate.
