anyone here ever done 'shrooms?

I did mushrooms yesterday for the first time. I ate them at around 1 pm. one hour later I began to feel it kick in. when it started my legs began spasming, a few minutes later my arms started to spasm. at this time I didnt feel much in my mind. it felt like I drank like half a beer.

I did my research before doing this, I heard that the going up was the hardest part. so after about 40 minutes of mildly painful spasms, I decided that maybe smoking a little weed would help my body relax. I took two hits of weed and BOOM. the shrooms kicked in immediately.

before I smoked the weed all my energy went towards trying to calm down the spasms. once the spasms calmed down my brain went straight to the shrooms. I did this with the purpose of learning and not just to have fun. I did it alone in my backyard on a beautiful day. I sat outside and just examined my thoughts and to see what the mushrooms had to show me.

All in all it was an enlightening yet painful experience. the spasms continued for the duration of the trip, and I felt like I had a bad head cold. but, those things were just side effects of the knowledge I gained. it was well worth it and I'm proud of myself in the way that I handled it.

has anyone else here tried mushrooms? did it effect your body like it did mine?

I haven't tried shrooms, but I'm definitely going to at some point, and I can get them. I have however, tried acid (from what I understand, it's a bit more intense than shrooms). It was simultaneously one of the best and worst experiences of my life, lmao. That being said, not messing with it again for a looooong time, if ever.

Do you mind if I ask the nature of your injury/disability? That seems like kind of an odd reaction to shrooms. At any rate, I'll probably pop back in this thread later on once I actually have had the experience myself.

I did acid once when I was 16. acid was WAY more intense and in your face than the shrooms. I will never do that again lol. In fact I will probably never do mushrooms again. it was a painful experience for me. I'm a c4 incomplete quad. there was so much energy flowing through my body and it was very hard for me to control.

I hope you don't have the same problem with them, but I would highly recommend you have some weed on hand to help relax your body. or to relax your mind.

it was an experience that I highly recommend you try. it will help you see the world in a different way.
