So I joined this forum I think around April 2015. I decided to act on my devness and have seen two PWD guys since (yes, we met and stuff) and both times ended with my heart kind of broken. Luckily, I met one guy here and another on OKC, to just kind of spread out the awkward encounters, lol. It's been tough, but I learned a lot of abut myself and how being in an AB/PWD relationship affects me. Clearly, I am a masochist because I guess you can say I'm still here? Well, to clarify, I am taking a break because I'm moving. I am relocating from Washington, DC to NYC to go back to school to get my Masters in Education. If you read my first post, I mention that I was trying to go into education, so yay for getting one goal accomplished, hahaha.
Anyway, cheers, thanks for listening. Holla if you live in NYC and maybe we can grab a coffee or something.

Holla if you live in NYC and maybe we can grab a coffee or something. Good on you for continuing to seek your passion and for persisting despite facing some huge roadblocks to happiness. Feeling broken-hearted, especially when in the depths of your first PWD-dev relationship can make you question yourself and your devness, right to the core. Though I'm very sorry you had to go through that kind of pain and struggle, I am sure you're all the better for it! I admire your tenacity and wish you the very best! <3

Congrats! Going to grad school has been a wonderful experience for me. Honestly, there have been a lot of times when I'm working on homework and I suddenly feel "what am I doing here?" But worry not. It has it's moments. Good luck!!
