I started seeing a girl (not a dev). We had trouble doing sexual things, although with other people it has gone a lot better. Part of it might be that sex with disabled people takes skill, and prior experience. This girl has none essentially, but it's fine with me. My experience is almost as limited.
So, I think it'd be great to hear specific ideas that work well for you guys - dev or disabled perspective. MD and Quad sex probably has similarities, so I put them together. Detailed tips are greatly appreciated. Or, links to resources. Any thoughts?

Get your girl to grab some exercise bands, and cut them up. Loop them around your ceiling hoist, and sling. Hey presto, Sex swing.
Ask me how I know hahaha

If you dont want to buy / make a sex swing you can also just use a Hoyer lift, which many PWDs already have anyway

I'll let you know once I figure it out, I've done the first one Michi mentioned which worked out okay and a little awkward, uncomfortable chair sex. Haven't had the opportunity to try much else in a while, I have MD also

As long as she's patient and willing to try different things out, you guys will figure it out.

You also can lay flat on her and penetrate her that way. I've done that with my boyfriend couple times. He's a C4, but he did what he could and I also helped moving him. Idk how pleasurable this would be for a non-dev, though, because "down there" there's probably very little actually happening. As a dev though... Oh my...

Indeed, the girl or woman must do all the job. She will be the one to ride. I had sex with a woman long time ago and she had orgasms but she was on top all the time. Also, for her it was the first time she had sex with a disabled man but all was fine. You can search on YouTube and Google and surely you'll find ideas. I'm glad that you found a girl man. I wish you a happy life.

Any suggestions for how she should move her hips or where -exactly- she needs to be on me? Part of the issue is she never had penetrative sex before.

There are some good tips here already, but in the end only you two know each other's body geometry and how it fits together. Part of the issue is she never had penetrative sex before. That might be it. Most girls, as far as I'm aware, don't go straight to being on top when first trying intercourse. I know girls, despite being experienced, who will readily admit they have no idea of what to do while on top. Not to mention she might be self conscious. Might be worth her starting a thread on r/sex to get some non-disability tips and then try to adapt those to your disability.
