We're now in the cone but it'll only be a TS or low Cat 1. Flooding is going to be the big issue, we've had a ton of rain and wind push water into the sound. We're ready though, house is 99% prepped, 16 inch thick steel reinforced concrete (ICF) walls, hurricane grade windows designed to take a 2x4 going 200mph, storm shutters on the other windows, steel cables tying down the roof deep into the house's footings, slab is 10 feet above sea level and the main level is 19 feet, a massive granite wall between the beach and the yard, a 500 gallon underground and secure (so it doesn't turn into a floating landmine) propane tank fueling the stove and generator, and a highly recommended audio book. Bring it Matthew.
