I've noticed a lot of dev stories have the person with an SCI being extremely sensitive to touch right above the point where sensation ends, or even finding that area an erogenous zone. Guys with SCIs, is this accurate? What would a touch at that point feel like to you?

Hi, my SCI is at C6, I have feeling to the top part of my arms (picture my arms stretched out, thumbs pointing upwards). I can feel my biceps, thumbs and index fingers. I can not feel below, i.e. lower fingers, elbows and triceps nor arm pits. Forget anything below that.
Above my 'line' of feeling at C6, my upper arms, shoulders and neck are extremely sensitive - much more than I can ever remember pre-injury. Any touching to that area is extremely welcome.
